Welcome to Technology Studies and Computer Science at Longfields.  We have a dynamic department that offers a wide range of courses for students who like to; design things, build things, create things, cook things, communicate ideas, photograph things, code things, be creative, solve problems and above all learn by doing and thinking.  Students will take an activity-based, project-driven approach to learning that will provide them with knowledge, skills, and experiences in communication, fine woodworking, photography, design, hospitality and tourism, computer science and engineering. Our aim is to provide all of our students with a broad range of experiences and skills that they will be able to apply to their life, career, and educational paths. We look forward to seeing you in one, or many, of our; shops, kitchens, computer labs and studios!
